What type of wax do you use?

Our candles and wax melts are made from a signature blend of two natural ingredients - coconut and rapeseed wax which is free from paraffin, palm, soy, beeswax and synthetic additives.

Our coconut-blend wax provides a great scent throw, and a cleaner and more luxurious melt. As well as a cleaner burn, our wax burns slower in comparison to other waxes meaning when used correctly, our candles can last longer.

Our signature wax derives from sustainable sources. The coconut used in our waxes is eco-friendly and from a high yield crop. There is also no forest removal in order to plant new coconut trees. The rapeseed oil is non-GM and grown within Europe meaning it has a smaller carbon footprint.

Our wax is also suitable for vegans and has not been tested on animals.

How long do your products last?

Mini candles: approximate burn time of 10 - 12 hours.

Medium candles: approximate burn time of 25 - 35 hours.

Large candles: approximate burn time 35+ hours

Wax Melts: Our wax melts come in packs of 4 cubes and have an approximate total burn time of 24+ hours.

What size candle do I need?

Purchase the right sized candle for the space you're intending to burn it in to get the best scent distribution. Our medium and large candles are ideal for living rooms, kitchens, hallways and larger bedrooms.

Our mini candles are ideal for smaller spaces and burn well on office desks or on bedside cabinets in small bedrooms or smaller bathrooms. They also make great travel-sized candles.

Why does my candle look different after burning it?

As you use your candle you may notice some changes to the appearance of its surface. This is a normal characteristic of candles made from natural ingredients like our coconut blend wax which contains no additives. This has no effect on its performance.

Why is the first burn important?

On the first burn it is important to burn your candle for approximately 2 hours or until the top layer of wax has melted all the way to the edge of the jar. If the candle is extinguished before this, subsequent melt pools may not be even and "tunnelling" (a build up of wax on the sides of the jar) may occur which can reduce the burn time of your candle.

Never burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time.

How do I use my wax melts?

We recommend that you your use our wax melts with a traditional tea light burner and small unscented tealights. Pop 1 - 2 wax melts out of the clamshell, placing them in the well of your burner. Sit back and relax as they start to melt and the aroma fills your home space.

Why hasn't my wax melt disappeared?

Unlike a candle, the wax in a wax melt doesn't disappear as you use it. Instead the wax will eventually lose its scent. When this happens you will need to remove the wax and add a fresh wax melt to your burner.
